ORDERING:

Due to recent and ongoing ordering and payment issues, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE or EMAIL. I know this is a hassle for some of you, but it is a necessity to keep your orders coming in CORRECTLY and being charged CORRECTLY. Call (215-715-7285) anytime to place an order. If the number is not answered immediately by me, feel free to leave your order via VoiceMail. Please speak clearly, and include the following information when ordering: your name, your email (for paypal invoice payment), your phone number, your shipping address, item NAME, scent (if applicable), and quantity (repeat for multiple purchases). I will call you to confirm this order before sending you the invoice. If you decide to place an order through email (wickedflames@verizon.net), include the same information.

 

PAYMENT:

All payments are made through PayPal. I do not accept checks or money orders for online/phone orders. I will send you the invoice from PayPal to collect payment. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

 

SHIPPING:

Taxes are included in the product price. Shipping to PA, DE, NJ, and MD is free. All other orders are charged a set shipping price of $6.95 for purchases less than $60, and $9.95 for all other purchases.
